Happy holidays, Stylish One,
I hope you had a Thanksgiving day filled with relaxation, some cooking (always with love), and family and friends. In these times, it’s important we stay mindful and grateful for what we’ve got. ♥️
Along with the holidays comes the biggest shopping days of the year. As I’m working on stocking my internet shelves with Whitney Allysyn goodies to hang in your wardrobe, I’d be remiss if I didn’t share the latest in tall women’s shoes.
My girl (in my head) Keke Palmer officially dubbed Friday as Black Owned Friday (thank you Kay, for sharing – it made my day 😁). And while every day is the perfect day to shop Black owned businesses (BOB), we’re all aware of the holiday madness about to ensue. Ease your shoe shopping pains by using my Tall Girl’s Guide to Shoes to navigate the treacherous waters of finding cute footwear. The guide features 19 brands that carry sizes ranging from 11-16, depending on the brand, 12 of which are Black owned. Cousin Keke would be so proud. 💅
And let me leave you with this tea: Sam Edelman has emailed me 9 times in the last 3 days with offers to spend my cash, and N.Y.A.S. is fabulously showing her wares on Instagram (I have 2 pairs of N.Y.A.S., the perfect blend of comfort and style!). So the deals are ON girl!
Those are just 2 of the brands on my shoe guide where you can find chic and affordable styles in sizes 11-16. I’ve just updated it for the winter wonderland holiday season and with Black Friday upon us, you can really score some great footwear for the new year.
